My 28 day package (above) is a quick reset- personalized meal planning for basic needs. You may have 1 or 2 things that need balancing, but on the whole you don't require a "high needs" diet or radical lifestyle adjustment- just enough coaching to get yourself going.
Maybe a single intensive is what you need. One 3-hour call, one follow up call helps you sort out 1 issue, one thing that's holding you back from moving ahead with meal planning.
